If you are wanting to join in with my cooking live on Friday morning here are the ingredients you will need.

  1. Carrots

  2. Orange

  3. Ginger

  4. Turmeric

  5. Cucumber

  6. Pineapple

  7. Lemon

  8. Celery

  9. Beetroot

  10. Lime

  11. Apple

  12. Yellow pepper

  13. Ice

  14. Water

  15. 0% Greek yogurt


Remember these ingredients are to make 6 different smoothies.
