This week we are going to be cooking Porridge oat balls and Weetabix cups in our lives. If you want to cook along or like the look of them once I've done them this is what you will need.


 Porridge oat balls

  • Porridge oats

  • maple syrup

  • milk/almond milk

  • protein powder (if following a high protein plan)

  • Strawberries

  • raspberries

  • banana

  • mango

  • pecans

  • cinnamon

  • chai seeds

  • milk choc chips

  • white choc chips

  • peanut butter

  • coconut shavings


Weetabix cups

  • Weetabix

  • milk/soya milk

  • protein powder (if following a high protein plan)

  • maple syrup

  • strawberries

  • raspberries

  • blueberries

  • banana

  • milk choc chips

  • white choc chips

  • Greek yogurt / alpro (vegan) yogurt
