This week we need a big focus on YOU!

We all have busy schedules, but 20 minutes a day is a choice to make you feel amazing! Choose to nourish? There is lots of cooking videos or even meal plans to read through, get a list of ingredients and go shopping.
Choose to move? Look at the live schedule, nothing there? Take a look at all the pre recorded ones instead.
You might not think it yet, but by doing this you will thrive... and you will feel amazing.
