Hi Jess, thank you for making the exercise sessions achievable and enjoyable. The Yoga really helped me relax whilst befefitting enormously from the stretch. I was aching a little from the legs exercise too and love that you cater for all abilities. I cannot wait to try the overnight oats as they look lush 😋
