I think the wellness part is fantastic as it looks at the person as an individual and a whole rather than just exercise. Iāve joined online platforms before but they have always lacked the motivational part. I have a gym membership but canāt stand to face those ābigā mirrors š¬ might cancel that now š¤š¤£
Looking forward to the community growing as it will be great to connect with some likeminded people. I especially love how things have changed with girls supporting each other rather than being in competition. Itās like when you light candles at church, when helping to light someone elseās candle youāre not dulling your own flame.
